Student Guidelines!

Our programs are designed to help students improve their English fluency in a structured, respectful, and engaging environment. To maintain a productive learning atmosphere for everyone, all students are required to follow the guidelines below.
1. Respectful Communication
All students must maintain a respectful and polite manner when communicating with moderators and fellow students.
Harassment, insults, offensive language, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Everyone in the program is here to learn and grow, therefore mutual respect is expected at all times.
If you experience or witness any form of misconduct, please report it to us immediately.
2. Privacy & Confidentiality
Students are encouraged to protect their personal information.
Do not share sensitive personal details such as addresses, financial information, or private documents within the platform.
If a discussion topic requires sharing personal experiences, you may refrain from answering if you feel uncomfortable.
Your privacy and safety are important to us.
3. Attendance & Punctuality
Consistency is essential for progress.
Students are expected to join every session on time.
Each session is structured for an average of two hours, and active participation is expected.
Following the moderator’s instructions and participating fully will ensure the best learning results.
If a student fails to join 4 classes consecutively without informing the Academy the student will be forced to drop out from the batch.
If a student misses 10 sessions all together throughout the spam of 2 months the student will be forced to drop out from the batch
Regular attendance and punctuality will significantly improve your progress in the program.
4. Session Rescheduling
If you need to request a change in the class schedule:
You must inform the academy at least 3 days in advance.
We will consult the other students in the group before making a decision.
If the majority of students are unable to reschedule, the session will proceed as originally planned.
5. Recordings & Refund Policy
Class recordings will not be provided.
Payments are non-refundable once the program has begun.
Students are therefore encouraged to attend every session regularly.
6. Feedback & Learning Requests
We strongly encourage feedback from students.
If you would like additional support in a specific area such as:
Grammar
Pronunciation
Vocabulary
Public speaking
You may inform your moderator, and we will do our best to incorporate it into the learning process.
7. Reporting Concerns or Complaints
If you have concerns regarding a class or a moderator, you may contact the Program Coordinator directly.
